The real estate office Schneeweiss was founded in 1921 and is now managed in the fourth generation  as sole proprietorship by Mag. Wolf-Dietrich Schneeweiss.

The office is member of the "ÖVI – Österreichischer Verband der Immobilientreuhänder" (Austrian Association of real-estate trustees) – which was founded more than 15 years ago with the goal to secure the quality of the profession continuously.

Apart from having an excellent reputation and strict admission criteria’s (like i.a.  joining the honourable court of arbitrators, conclusion of a capital-claim insurance and a third party liability insurance), we are constantly interested in professional development and engagement.

 We have realized these thoughts for our employees, which deepen their knowledge by education and professional development (eg. Attending courses about Techniques and Law in real-estate at the University of Technology in Vienna, post-graduate studies for Real-Estate and Facility Management and “ÖVI” seminars).

The real estate office Schneeweiss manages real-estates both in the field of new buildings with questions like eg. Warranty terms, special invoice-keys, taxation models, and traditional, old Viennese apartment buildings, which were constructed in the beginning of the last century in view of real-estate development and real-estate management till a profitable utilization.
